Courage to Change Programs
(CPR) Career Planning Readiness evaluation. Plan on a 90 to 120 minute- session. where Career Strategist, Shary Raske asks a series of questions that evaluates what’s working, what needs attention and recommended next steps. There is a sequence to rolling out an effective career transition plan. It’s about readiness. Sometimes this initial first step is enough to right the ship.
Sample CPR questions:
- How long have you been restless with your current work? It’s not unusual for people to wait two to five years (sometimes longer), thinking their current situation will get better, and it doesn’t.
- What is your timeframe/urgency for making a change?
- What have you tried so far to make your current situation better? Is it enough?
- If you decide to do nothing how will it impact you both financially and psychologically?
